These wrenches make presetting the new adjustable truck sleeves, 24120, 24130, 24160, 24180, easier for the installer. When using the 74400 wrench it is recommended that the opening be equally positioned over the slot opening of the sleeve body.
1-1/2" Open End for 24160 - Holds the outer body in position. For 24180 - Holds the inner eccentric sleeve for adjustment.
